Appearance
Tsuji is a boy who appears to be a young-adult. He has black hair which is dyed blond and saturated cyan eyes. He wears a military uniform, with a pair of black gloves and grey pants. He occasionally wears a surgery mask.
Before the events of How-To Sekai Seifuku, he wore a generic school uniform.
Background
Tsuji is a boy who appeared as a main character in the album "Sekai Seifuku". He also appeared in the How-to Sekai Seifuku PV.
He did not seem to have a good time at school, as in the song he was mentioned to spend his time after school at the game center and it was also mentioned that he was bullied. Contrary to his usual first impression, which makes him seem serious and cold, he's easily teased by the people around him, which even includes the fans. Along with that, he is usually depicted as a fun-loving prankster, which greatly contrasts to his first impression.
A popular theory is that he shot out his school with Azuma and became a terrorist at the end of the song.
Trivia/Headcanon
- He often wears a surgery mask.
- He's always armed with a rifle.
- He likes Mamoru. (Neru even ships them together.)
- He also seems to know Yamaguchi and Tanaka, as Sidu drew them going to the beach together.
- He also knows E, as in one Sidu's drawings of E, Tsuji is speaking offscreen about him.
- A popular joke in the fandom is how he doesn't have any eyebrows, since after his transformation in the PV, he does not seem to have any.
