ryuuseee is an illustrator and an animator who has drawn numerous PVs and illustrations for various producers. He is also an active comic artist.
Despite being born in Hokkaido, he is currently residing in Tokyo at present time. ryuuseee is known to use both traditional and digital mediums and has become popular due to his diverse styles which may contrast from edgy, dark-themed illustrations to cute, heartrending ones.
In spite of being in a hiatus state not too long ago, he has stated in his Twitter that he is currently doing a video for a yet-to-announce MV.
